Frequently Asked Questions

  • When does registration begin and close?  June 8, 2025 til November 11, 2025

  • Can I register in person?  No
  • How can I become a coach?  Contact our President, D. Alsobrooks at (404) 822-9526 if you are interested in coaching.
  • How long is the season? Season consists of 10 games from Jan. 10 til Feb. 8 with a tournament to follow. Games are played on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • When will practices be held?  Once teams are selected, coaches will pick which weekday (6:30 - 8:00) and a weekend day to practice.  Once the season start, teams will only practice on their selected weekday. 
  • What are the age groups?  The age groups are  6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, and 18U.. 
  • Is a player allowed to play up an age group?  Yes.  If a player is an even number in age (6, 8, 10, or 12) as of Dec. 31, they can play with their age group or play an age group above their age group.  Example, an 8 year old may register play with 7 & 8 year olds (8U) or 9 & 10 year olds (10U).  The only exception, 14 year olds are not allowed to play in the 18U league.
  • Can a player participant in more than one league?  No
  • Is there a tryout or do they just get selected?  There is no tryout as this is a recreation program and all players will play.  We do hold evaluations.  Watch the newsfeed on the homepage for more info.
  • What do we need to provide in addition to the $175 to participate?  The only thing required other than the $175  registration fee is a great attitude and willingness to learn and get better. Out of county resident fee is $20 per player.
  • Is there a waitlist? Yes. Once spots are filled, players will be placed on a waitlist.  Players will not be allowed to make a payment if placed on a waitlist. If slots become available, players will be contacted via email to complete registration. 
  • Can I request a specific team or coach to play with a certain player?  Yes and no.  Yes, you can request it, but no, that doesn't mean the request will be granted.  To keep the competition fair we do not allow player freezes or "stacking" of teams.  The only freezes that are allowed is a coach is allowed to take his/her son/daughter.  Each request is handled on a case by case basis.
  • What is my next step after registration? In November, all players will be emailed regarding evaluation information. It will also be posted on the website.
